Our cleaners are the finest in the area and will keep a close eye on your property. They will notify us immediately of any problems and have the ability to solve minor issues themselves, many times at no charge. We are in constant contact with our cleaning and maintenance personnel to ensure the highest degree of professionalism.
We decrease maintenance costs by prioritizing items in need of attention and consolidating work orders.
We send you constant updates on your property and its place in the market.
The owner’s monthly income is transferred via Direct Deposit by the 5th of every month with electronic statements in pdf form for easier tracking and better organization. Month-end and year-end statements make it easy to understand the various categories of income and expenses.
We place great importance on feedback from renters and we follow up on all highlighted items to be sure that the maximum potential of our properties is realized.
